Q: Do you take insurance?
A: Yes! We currently take the following insurances: Tricare West (Non Network Provider), Allcare, Pacific Source, OHP, Blue Cross Blue Shields, First Choice, Cigna, Premera. If you don't see your insurance plan here, please contact us to see if there are other ways for us to help.
It is important to understand your own insurance policy and the benefits it provides. Please be aware that any balance remaining on your account that isn't covered by insurance is your responsibility. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with your policy details, including coverage limits, co-pays, coinsurances and deductibles, to ensure a smooth experience. Thank you for understanding!
Q: Do you do in-person therapy?
A: Yes, we do! We are located in North Portland, OR/St Johns.
Q: What is your new client procedure?
A: Please just fill out our contact form and we will get right back to you with documents to sign and we will set up a free 30 minute consultation. We will talk about next steps then!
Q: Do you offer free consultations to begin?
A: YES!! We offer a free 15-30 minute consultation. Send us a message! We would love to hear from you!

A: At this time, we can provide remote services across the State of Oregon and Washington.
